The bags contain NARCAN NASAL SPRAY and Fentanyl Test Strips with instructions for use. Bags are located in the front entrance to the library and are suppled by TURNING POINT of FRANKLIN COUNTY.

Bags were made possible by a CLiF Revive Grant. Available on the library front porch or inside the library.
