TAX FORMS

We have hard copies of forms as well as computers for patrons to complete forms online if they wish. We also have wifi available 24 hours a day.

Federal tax forms can be downloaded and printed HERE.

We do have forms and instructions for 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ at the library. We can assist you with copying or downloading any other forms or schedules that you may need.

Vermont no longer distributes tax forms to libraries.

Or by calling 802-828-2515. If leaving a message be sure to included your mailing address, form numbers and quantities needed.
Forms can be printed at the library for 25¢ per page.

If you qualify for Free File options to electronically file your federal individual income tax return with the IRS, you may also qualify for free electronic filing of your Vermont return with one of the Free File participating vendors.

To file your Vermont return, choose from one of the participating vendors. Please read their offers carefully and choose the offer that applies to your situation.
